Their comprehensive range of services encompasses crucial sectors such as oil and gas field infrastructure development, natural gas liquefaction, both offshore and onshore oil and gas projects, the construction of terrestrial and marine pipeline networks, chemical petroleum storage facilities, and refining and chemical plant construction. Additionally, the company undertakes projects related to LNG receiving, storage, and gasification, alongside environmental engineering and textile chemical fiber construction. Beyond these primary engineering activities, they offer vital supporting services, including engineering consulting, project management, equipment and design supervision, and oversight of safety and environmental compliance. The company, which was formerly known as Xinjiang Dushanzi Tianli High and New Tech Co., Ltd., rebranded to its current name in February 2017. Based in Karamay, People's Republic of China, it operates as a subsidiary of the China National Petroleum Corporation.
