Description

Agile Group Holdings Limited operates as an investment holding enterprise, conducting a variety of businesses primarily within the People's Republic of China. Its main endeavors include real estate development, property administration, hotel management, and property investments, complemented by a significant environmental protection sector. As of December 31, 2021, the company commanded an extensive land bank, encompassing 47.37 million square meters across 84 cities situated in China's Southern, Eastern, Western, Central, Hainan and Yunnan, Northeast, and Northern regions, extending to Hong Kong and other international areas. In addition to residential, asset, public, and community property management services, Agile provides comprehensive environmental solutions. These offerings range from operating ecological industrial parks, treating hazardous and daily waste, and managing commercial food waste, to sludge and soil treatment, water restoration, and various sewage and water utility services. Established in 2005, the company was formerly known as Agile Property Holdings Limited, changing to its current name in July 2016. Headquartered in Guangzhou, PRC, Agile Group Holdings Limited operates as a subsidiary of Top Coast Investment Limited.
