Description

Since its formation on June 8, 2010, Comforia Residential REIT has progressively enlarged its portfolio and enhanced its operational expertise. We are grateful for the sustained collaboration and backing from all our unitholders and associated parties. The company officially commenced trading on the J-REIT segment of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on February 6, 2013. Our core strategy is centered on acquiring rental housing with strong growth prospects and capitalizing on the extensive network of the TOKYU FUDOSAN HOLDINGS Group. We remain committed to targeting residences, predominantly within the bustling Tokyo metropolitan area, designed for single individuals and small households. This approach will fully integrate the established framework and specialized insights of the "Comforia" series of urban rental properties, a signature development by TOKYU LAND CORPORATION.
