Beyond property and finance, the group extends its offerings to include value-added services, travel agency operations, property project management, and engineering services. Its hospitality and leisure portfolio encompasses the management of hotels, golf courses, city and private clubs, theme parks, and art museums. Notably, Fantasia specializes in senior care, developing and operating home-based care facilities, daytime centers, and specialized apartments that provide a wide array of services, including healthcare, rehabilitation, nutritional support, spiritual well-being, and educational programs for the elderly. In a distinct undertaking, the company additionally manufactures and distributes fuel pumps. Established in 1996, Fantasia Holdings Group Co., Limited is headquartered in Shenzhen, China, and operates as a subsidiary of Fantasy Pearl International Limited.
