Its core work includes constructing both commercial and residential properties, running hotel establishments, delivering residential property administration, and providing construction services. As of December 31, 2021, Powerlong boasted an impressive portfolio of 220 property development projects that were developed, owned, and actively operated. Its investment properties, mainly shopping malls, covered approximately 7.29 million square meters of gross floor area (GFA). Furthermore, it maintained a significant land bank totaling 36.5 million square meters in GFA, alongside owning and managing twenty hotels, comprising eight internationally branded hotels and twelve under its own proprietary brands. The company, established in 2007, is headquartered in Shanghai, People's Republic of China.
