Greenland Hong Kong Holdings Limited operates as an investment holding company, primarily engaging in property development, real estate and hotel investments, and property management services throughout the People's Republic of China. The company's operations are divided into several key areas: a segment dedicated to the development and sale of residential properties, which also provides construction management services; a division focused on the leasing of commercial and residential real estate; a hospitality segment managing hotels and serviced apartments; and a property management and services arm delivering solutions to both external clients and its own group companies. Beyond these core activities, the company's extensive portfolio also includes construction and decoration, investment and management consulting, financing, commercial and health management services, nutrition and health counseling, and software development. It further extends its services to include community support for the elderly, information transmission and technology solutions, and scientific research and technical assistance. Established in 1992, the entity was formerly known as SPG Land (Holdings) Limited until its rebranding in August 2013. Greenland Hong Kong Holdings Limited is headquartered in Shanghai, China, and functions as a subsidiary of Gluon Xima International Limited.
