It also offers financial solutions such as mortgage loan financing and deposit placing, along with secretarial, consultancy, and living services, and engages in securities investment. As of June 30, 2021, Sino Land held a significant land bank, amounting to approximately 20.8 million square feet of attributable floor area, distributed across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Sydney. Founded in 1971 and based in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, Sino Land Company Limited operates as a subsidiary of Tsim Sha Tsui Properties Limited.
