Technip Energies N.V., operating globally with its various subsidiaries, functions as a specialized engineering and technology firm dedicated to advancing the energy transition. The company's operations are strategically divided into two primary segments: Projects Delivery, and Technology, Products and Services. Within its Projects Delivery segment, Technip Energies provides comprehensive solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle. This includes detailed engineering, procurement, construction management, commissioning, as well as the transport and installation of diverse energy projects. The firm designs, engineers, procures, constructs, and manages projects for both onshore and offshore facilities, specifically focusing on gas monetization, ethylene production, hydrogen, refining, and chemical processing derived from biofuels and traditional hydrocarbons. The Technology, Products and Services segment is responsible for the development, design, commercialization, and integration of a broad spectrum of advanced technologies. These innovations span critical areas such as gas monetization, refining processes, petrochemicals, fertilizers, hydrogen generation, and sustainable chemistry initiatives. Additionally, Technip Energies offers specialized land and marine-based loading and transfer systems, catering to the oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical, and decarbonization industries. It further provides an array of project management consulting services to the energy sector. Beyond its core engineering capabilities, Technip Energies also delivers advanced solutions in robotics, asset monitoring, and surveillance. It offers crucial non-destructive and material testing solutions, tailored for harsh operational environments across diverse industries like nuclear, oil and gas, offshore wind, and aerospace. A notable proprietary offering is Cyxense Commander, a software platform that provides a complete solution for remote inspection, maintenance, and repair through the sophisticated orchestration of various robotic fleets. The company actively develops its own proprietary robotic systems, integrates third-party robot technologies, and provides an extensive range of digital services. Established in 2019, Technip Energies N.V. is headquartered in Nanterre, France.
