Description

Operating as a property company, Sirius Real Estate Limited is primarily involved in the acquisition, growth, and management of commercial real estate assets within Germany. Its diverse portfolio encompasses offices, a range of industrial and storage facilities such as warehouses, storerooms, and self-storage units, alongside production and workshop areas. Under the Sirius brand, it caters to the needs of both private clients and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The company's managed business parks feature approximately 4.3 million square feet of rentable space across the United Kingdom and 1.8 million square meters of rentable space in Germany. Originally established as Dawnay, Day Sirius Limited, the company adopted its current name, Sirius Real Estate Limited, in October 2008. Founded in 2007, Sirius Real Estate Limited maintains its headquarters in Saint Peter Port, Guernsey.
