Spyglass Resources Corp. maintains its corporate headquarters in Calgary, Canada. On November 26, 2015, a collective of lenders initiated involuntary proceedings against Spyglass Resources Corp. by filing a petition with the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta, a petition that was subsequently sanctioned by the court on that very day.
