The Sugar segment encompasses the sourcing, production, sale, and commercialization of sugar. The Renewable segment focuses on the full value chain for ethanol, from its origination to production, sale, and trading. Additionally, it produces and distributes bioenergy, engages in the resale and trading of electric power, and generates and markets solar energy and biogas. Founded in 2011, the company maintains its main office in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
