Description

Nam Tai Property Inc., operating through its subsidiaries, specializes in the ownership, development, and management of technology parks across the People's Republic of China. A key aspect of its operations involves transforming three land parcels within Shenzhen's Gushu and Guangming areas into advanced technology park facilities. The company also generates income from renting out its properties. Founded in 1975, Nam Tai Property Inc. is headquartered in Shenzhen, China, and was formerly known as Nam Tai Electronics, Inc. until its name change in April 2014.
