The company manages two proprietary retail outlets known as Kaya Shack. It also features distinct product lines, including strain-specific cannabis cigarettes marketed under the Kaya Buddies label, and various cannabis strains offered through its Kaya Farms brand. Beyond its core cannabis business, Kaya Holdings further diversifies its offerings by providing specialized display cases featuring cannabis-related glassware through the Really Happy Glass brand, and apparel designs under its Kaya Gear label. Founded in 1993, the organization was previously known as Alternative Fuels America, Inc. before officially changing its name to Kaya Holdings, Inc. in April 2015. Its corporate headquarters are situated in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
