Headquartered in West Perth, Australia, Helios Energy Limited primarily conducts onshore oil and gas exploration activities throughout the United States. The company holds a 70% operational interest in the Presidio Oil project, a venture encompassing four wells that span approximately 59,984 gross acres located in Presidio County, Texas. Previously known as New Horizon Coal Limited, the firm officially adopted the name Helios Energy Limited in April 2017.
