Beyond its land ventures, the firm manages a portfolio of 23 outdoor advertising locations, housing a total of 44 billboard faces strategically placed along key interstate and primary roadways across Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Established in 1977, the company originally operated under the name Providence and Worcester Company before adopting its current identity, Capital Properties, Inc., in 1984. Its corporate headquarters are located in Providence, Rhode Island.
