Their advisory and outsourcing solutions encompass corporate and workplace strategy development, valuation expertise, loan servicing, property marketing, comprehensive research, and engineering design for various markets such as real estate, infrastructure, and telecommunications. Colliers also provides full-spectrum property management, covering building operations, facilities management, lease administration, financial reporting, and construction supervision.
