Its operations are organized into two principal divisions. The Property Management segment oversees the rental of premises and land, additionally supplying essential utilities such as electricity, water, natural gas, and a range of facility services to its occupants. Conversely, the Property Development division is responsible for conceptualizing and implementing new construction ventures, with a primary focus on residential and commercial spaces. Established in 1959, the company was known as Topsil Semiconductor Materials A/S before adopting its current name, Cemat A/S, in July 2016.
