Bridgemarq Real Estate Services Inc. provides comprehensive support to residential real estate brokers and REALTORS throughout Canada. The firm furnishes its clients with vital information, practical tools, and a suite of services designed to enhance their delivery of real estate sales. Operating under the distinguished Royal LePage, Via Capitale, and Johnston & Daniel brand names, its extensive franchise network, as of December 31, 2021, included 20,159 REALTORS, operating through 281 franchise agreements across 723 locations. The company, which transitioned from its former name Brookfield Real Estate Services Inc. in May 2019, was incorporated in 2010 and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
