Akastor ASA serves as an investment firm primarily focused on the oilfield services sector. It provides extensive subsea well construction and intervention services to the oil and gas industry, leveraging its own fleet of five offshore vessels. The company's service offerings also encompass well design, drilling project oversight, and expertise in reservoir and field management. Furthermore, Akastor delivers solutions for rig procurement, custom training programs, software development, and the supply of technical personnel, alongside specialized well and reservoir consulting. Established in 1841, Akastor ASA is headquartered in Bærum, Norway.
