Its operations are structured into three primary divisions: Property Management Services, Finance Services, and Other Services. This division also provides a range of value-added asset services, including initial property consulting, real estate leasing and sales agency, flexible property and space management, and corporate support. Its portfolio covers diverse property types such as commercial office buildings and complexes, high-tech industrial parks, government facilities, and residential units. The Finance Services segment focuses on providing micro-lending solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises, independent business proprietors, and individuals. Finally, the Other Services segment offers software development and apartment rental provisions.
