Furthermore, it fosters community engagement by organizing cultural activities for residents, including sports events, carnivals, elderly care programs, and festive celebrations. The group extends value-added services, encompassing site supervision, auxiliary property management, and full lifecycle and process services, to clients who are not property owners. Management consulting and real estate brokerage services also constitute part of its business activities. Established in Beijing in 2002, Hevol Services Group managed 195 property projects by December 31, 2021, collectively covering a substantial contracted gross floor area of approximately 34.0 million square meters.
