Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad's extensive product portfolio includes essential building components such as Portland cement, clinker, and ready-mix concrete. They also manufacture a variety of pre-cast concrete solutions, including pre-stressed beams for bridges and other applications, reinforced concrete square piles, box culverts, kerbs, and cement sand bricks. Furthermore, the company produces industrialized building systems like wall panels, pre-cast columns and beams, half slabs, hollow blocks, and staircases. Beyond these, the company supplies quarried aggregates such as microtonalite, granite, and limestone, and offers services including delivery, grading, and pavement laying. It also provides steel drawn wires and wire mesh. In the property sector, it delivers comprehensive services for residential, commercial, and township development, management, and consultancy, alongside managing temporary accommodation. Its diverse service offerings extend to supervisory functions, general trading, software and IT support, technical assistance, and the rental of machinery and motor vehicles. A significant part of its work also involves road rehabilitation, maintenance, and construction, including the supply of premix materials and acting as a road maintenance contractor. Moreover, Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad undertakes various general construction and infrastructure projects, distributes road and general construction materials, leases investment properties, and owns and operates hotels and lodges. The company also diversifies into manufacturing phosphate products for food, animal feed, and fertilizers. Its involvement further extends to mixed-use development and project management, providing equipment, supplies, and services to the oilfield industry, and undertaking the construction of telecommunication towers. Established in 1974, the company is headquartered in Kuching, Malaysia.
