Nuveen Short-Term REIT (NURE)

This fund grants investors access to U.S. real estate investment trusts (REITs) that specialize in properties with brief lease durations. Such REITs often demonstrate less susceptibility to interest rate fluctuations compared to those holding assets with extended lease terms. The fund's objective is to replicate the investment performance, prior to fees and expenses, of the Dow Jones U.S. Select Short-Term REIT Index. This index consists of U.S. publicly traded equity REITs whose portfolios are predominantly invested in sectors like apartment complexes, hotels, self-storage units, and manufactured home communities, which are known for having shorter-term rental agreements than REITs in other property sectors.
