SINOPEC Engineering (Group) Co., Ltd., along with its affiliated entities, delivers a comprehensive suite of services encompassing engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracting. Its operational footprint extends globally, with significant presences in the People's Republic of China, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Russia, and Malaysia. The company's operations are strategically divided into four primary divisions: Engineering, Consulting, and Licensing; EPC Contracting; Construction; and Equipment Manufacturing. Within the Engineering, Consulting, and Licensing division, the company furnishes services such as conceptual design, expert consultation, research and development initiatives, preliminary feasibility assessments, and regulatory compliance validation. The EPC Contracting segment is responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions, combining engineering expertise, material sourcing, construction execution, ongoing maintenance, and comprehensive project oversight. Its Construction arm specializes in developing infrastructure for sectors like petroleum refining and chemical production, alongside facilities for oil and gas storage and pipeline transport. This segment also handles new builds, upgrades, enlargements, repairs, and upkeep, plus specialized heavy equipment lifting and logistics support for construction endeavors. The Equipment Manufacturing division focuses on the creation, production, and distribution of specialized machinery and components specifically tailored for oil refining and chemical processing plants. Furthermore, the corporation extends its offerings to include technical support, sales and rental of machinery, and research and development services in the fields of pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and other chemical substances. SINOPEC Engineering caters to a diverse clientele across numerous industrial domains, including petroleum refining, chemical engineering, aromatics production, coal chemical processing, inorganic and pharmaceutical chemicals, clean energy initiatives, storage and logistics infrastructure, environmental conservation, and energy efficiency solutions. With its main office situated in Beijing, China, SINOPEC Engineering (Group) Co., Ltd. operates as a subordinate entity of China Petrochemical Corporation.
