Neometals Ltd, an Australian entity headquartered in West Perth, was founded in 2001 and is primarily engaged in mineral exploration across Australia. The company's operations are structured into three distinct segments: Lithium, Titanium/Vanadium, and Other. Its portfolio encompasses several key ventures, including a Lithium-ion Battery Recycling project that aims to extract cobalt and other valuable materials from used lithium batteries. Another significant undertaking is the Vanadium Recovery project, focused on producing vanadium pentoxide from steelmaking by-products. Additionally, Neometals is developing a Lithium Refinery project and holds the Barrambie Titanium and Vanadium project in Western Australia. The firm operated as Reed Resources Ltd. until December 2014, when it rebranded to its current name, Neometals Ltd.
