American Lithium Corp. is an exploration-stage company dedicated to discovering, acquiring, and advancing mineral resource properties, primarily within the United States and Peru. Its key projects include the TLC Claystones lithium project, which spans approximately 5,052 hectares near Tonopah, Nevada. In Puno, Peru, the company holds the Falchani Lithium project and the Macusani Uranium project. Established in 1974, the company was initially known as Menika Mining Ltd. before rebranding to American Lithium Corp. in April 2016. Its corporate headquarters are located in Vancouver, Canada.
