Operating globally, KLDiscovery Inc. delivers comprehensive solutions in electronic discovery (eDiscovery), information governance, and data restoration to a diverse clientele including corporations, legal firms, government entities, and individual consumers. The company's eDiscovery suite features the Nebula Ecosystem, an integrated platform designed to streamline the entire lifecycle of electronically stored information (ESI) – from its initial identification and preservation to collection, processing, review, and secure exchange. Complementing this are eDiscovery.com Review, an efficient platform for ESI searching and analysis, and Relativity, a widely recognized document review tool. KLDiscovery further offers KLD Analytics, which provides advanced technology-assisted review capabilities such as predictive coding, workflow management, email threading, near-duplicate detection, and language identification. Other key services include KLD Processing, a specialized processing platform, along with expert technology-enabled managed review, digital forensics, and robust information archiving. KLDiscovery also extends its expertise through various advisory services. These encompass eDiscovery preparedness and response strategies, covering aspects like expert witness support, custodian interviews, preservation and collection planning, and legal hold implementation. Their information governance consultations include Office 365 health assessments and enhancements to legal hold processes. Furthermore, they assist with data privacy, offering compliance evaluations and risk mitigation for data breaches. In the realm of data recovery, the firm provides specialized services for general data and email recovery. Their tape services range from backup infrastructure migration and consolidation to remediation of legacy tapes, and even recovery from physically damaged, quickly erased, or partially overwritten media. Secure data destruction services are also available. Additionally, KLDiscovery develops and distributes proprietary data recovery software, including Ontrack EasyRecovery and Ontrack PowerControls. Established in 1985, KLDiscovery Inc. is headquartered in McLean, Virginia.
