They also offer facility management, encompassing cleaning, security, shuttle services, academic institution support, and technological solutions. Furthermore, the company supplies mobile lighting and air conditioning units, operates a COVID-19 testing laboratory, and manages sewage treatment facilities. In real estate, Electra is active in developing and constructing properties. Through its concessions segment, it takes on complex, end-to-end turnkey projects, including development, financing, management, and oversight for large-scale initiatives in areas like construction, transportation, desalination, water, renewable energy, and major public infrastructure. Established in 1945, and formerly known as Electra (Israel) Ltd. until its rebranding in January 2003, Electra Limited is a subsidiary of Elco Ltd. and is based in Ramat Gan, Israel.
