Description

LINTEC Corporation, established in Tokyo, Japan, in 1927, is a global enterprise specializing in the development, manufacturing, and sale of a wide array of adhesive-based products. Its market reach spans Japan, various Asian countries, the United States, and other international regions. The company's operations are divided into three core business units. The Printing and Industrial Materials Products segment provides adhesive materials for seals and labels, labeling machinery, automotive adhesion solutions, industrial adhesive tapes, window films, films for outdoor advertising and signage, and interior decorative mounting films. Within the Electronic and Optical Products division, LINTEC offers adhesive tapes and related equipment for semiconductor manufacturing, tapes used in multilayer ceramic capacitors, and adhesive products designed for optical display applications. Finally, the Paper and Converted Products segment features a comprehensive selection of specialized papers. This includes colored papers for envelopes and construction, unique functional papers, premium printing papers, high-grade papers for various finished products, release papers for adhesive items, release films for optical components, and casting papers for synthetic leather and carbon fiber composite materials. The company previously operated under the name FSK Corporation before officially changing to LINTEC Corporation in 1990.
