Description

G-Resources Group Limited operates as an investment holding company, primarily focusing its efforts on significant investment activities, a broad spectrum of financial services, and the real estate sector. Its comprehensive financial division offers services such as securities brokerage, underwriting and placement facilitation, corporate finance consultation, margin lending, direct money lending, investment guidance and management, asset management, and direct securities investments. Beyond this, the company also provides trust and corporate administration services, fund investment solutions, and manages commercial properties. With its roots tracing back to its incorporation in 1994, the company was initially known as Smart Rich Energy Finance (Holdings) Limited, adopting its present name, G-Resources Group Limited, in June 2009. Headquartered in Wanchai, Hong Kong, its operations span across Singapore, the People's Republic of China, the United States, Europe, and various other international regions.
