Description
Daqo New Energy Corp., alongside its subsidiary companies, specializes in the production and supply of polysilicon. This crucial material is primarily sold to manufacturers of photovoltaic products across the People's Republic of China. The polysilicon produced by Daqo is integral to the creation of various solar power components, including ingots, wafers, cells, and modules. The company, which was established in 2006, initially operated as Mega Stand International Limited before officially rebranding to Daqo New Energy Corp. in August 2009. Its corporate headquarters are located in Shanghai, People's Republic of China.
