The BMO Mid-Term US IG Corporate Bond Hedged to CAD Index ETF (ZMU) is designed to approximate the investment performance of the Bloomberg U.S. Investment Grade 5-10 Year Corporate Bond CAD Hedged Index, after accounting for its expenses. A key characteristic is the hedging of its U.S. dollar currency exposure back to Canadian dollars, aiming to minimize exchange rate fluctuations. Moreover, as ZMU is structured as a fund of funds, the management fees it charges are reduced by any fees already incurred by the underlying investments.
