About this ETF
The BMO High Yield US Corporate Bond Hedged to CAD Index ETF (ZHY.TO) aims to closely mirror the financial performance of the Bloomberg Capital U.S. High Yield Very Liquid Index CAD Hedged, after accounting for its own operational expenses. A crucial feature of this fund is its currency hedging strategy, which converts all U.S. dollar exposure back into Canadian dollars to protect against exchange rate fluctuations. Furthermore, to ensure cost efficiency and prevent duplicated charges, the management fees of ZHY are reduced by any management fees incurred from its holdings in other underlying ETFs.
