The MSCI China TRN Index is designed to mirror the performance of the Chinese equity market, encompassing a diverse range of large and mid-capitalization Chinese corporations. This includes various share types such as A Shares, H Shares, B Shares, alongside Red Chips, P Chips, and entities listed on foreign exchanges. The index provides significant market representation, covering approximately 85% of the free-float market capitalization. Its constituents are weighted proportionally to their free-float adjusted market capitalization, and its composition undergoes a comprehensive review process every quarter.
