Wealthsimple North America Socially Responsible Index ETF (WSRI.TO)

The fund is an index tracking fund, where individual components are selected from the Solactive GBS North America Large & mid-cap Index . The investment objective is to screen out companies with poor ESG values from a universe of mid- to large-cap stocks within the North American equities space. The surviving universe is then scored using a multi-factor criteria (average of the individual momentum, value, and quality scores) and a carbon intensity criteria. Companies that fall under the bottom quartile of both criteria are excluded and the rest are included in the underlying index.
