About this ETF
The fund's primary objective is to mirror the performance of the UBS BCOM Constant Maturity Commodity Index, which is hedged to GBP for currency risk and incorporates total return. This is achieved synthetically through a swap agreement, rather than direct investment in physical assets. To enhance security and mitigate counterparty risk from the swap, UBS aims to over-collateralize the fund's exposure by 105%. The investment strategy is passively managed.
