These ETN Series B are senior, unsecured debt obligations issued by UBS. The underlying index aims to serve as a comprehensive and diversified benchmark for the commodities asset class. It is constructed from futures contracts across 27 constituents, covering 24 distinct commodities, with up to five varying maturity dates for each. The overall return profile of the index is derived from two distinct elements: the uncollateralized returns generated by its constituent futures contracts, and a consistent daily fixed-income allocation.
