About this ETF
QPON aims to replicate the performance of a designated benchmark index, which, in turn, reflects the returns of a carefully selected portfolio comprising significant and highly liquid senior floating-rate bonds issued by Australian banks. To be eligible, these bonds must have an issuance value of at least $500 million and a maturity period ranging from one to five years. The portfolio is structured such that up to 80% of its assets are invested in equally weighted bonds from Australia's four largest banks, with the remaining portion, up to 20%, allocated to bonds from other major Australian banking institutions.
