About this ETF
This exchange-traded fund (ETF) is structured to emulate the investment performance of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (its reference ETF) over an approximate one-year period, prior to accounting for any fees or expenses. A key feature is that while it seeks to track gains, its upside potential is constrained by a predetermined maximum return, known as the "Cap." Conversely, the fund also includes a built-in "Buffer" to help cushion against potential losses and reduce downside risk.
