This passively managed exchange-traded fund aims to replicate the total returns, including capital appreciation and income, of the NASDAQ AlphaDEX Emerging Markets Index for investors, before accounting for fees and operational expenses. The underlying index employs a modified equally-weighted strategy and utilizes the proprietary AlphaDEX stock selection methodology. This approach objectively screens companies from the NASDAQ Emerging Markets Index based on fundamental growth and value characteristics, with the strategic goal of generating returns that outperform traditional passive benchmarks.
