First Trust Global Risk Managed Income Index ETF (ETP.TO)

The First Trust Global Risk Managed Income Index ETF (the "First Trust ETF") aims to closely mirror the returns of the NASDAQ Global Risk Managed Income IndexSM (the "Index"). Its primary investment approach involves acquiring and holding the individual securities that make up the Index, in proportions that match their weighting within the Index. The Portfolio Advisor also has the discretion to utilize a sampling methodology when choosing investments for the ETF. Furthermore, to achieve exposure to the Index's performance, the First Trust ETF may, as an alternative or in conjunction with direct holdings, invest in or employ other types of securities.
