About this ETF
This ETRACS Wells Fargo Business Development Company Index ETN Series B, with a maturity date of April 26, 2041, is a senior unsecured debt obligation provided by UBS AG. Its primary goal is to mirror the performance of the Wells Fargo Business Development Company Index. This index specifically tracks Business Development Companies (BDCs) that are traded on either the NYSE or NASDAQ and satisfy certain market capitalization and other stipulated qualification criteria. The BDCs included in the index are officially designated as "index constituents," and the index itself is a proprietary benchmark developed by Wells Fargo Securities, LLC.
