The fund's primary goal is to track the total returns of the UBS BCOM Constant Maturity Commodity Index. This is accomplished using a synthetic replication approach, specifically through an investment in a swap agreement. To mitigate the risk associated with the swap counterparty, UBS targets maintaining collateral at 105% of the fund's exposure.
