Description

Tata Steel Limited operates as a major producer and distributor of steel products worldwide, with extensive operations spanning India, Europe, Southeast Asia, and other international markets through various strategic segments. The company offers a comprehensive array of steel solutions tailored for diverse industries. For the automotive sector, it provides specialized items such as hot and cold-rolled coated sheets, precision tubes, tire bead and spring wires, bearings, and other essential auto components. The agricultural sector benefits from its galvanized iron wires, a variety of farming and garden tools, conveyance tubes, and crucial fencing and irrigation equipment. In the construction market, Tata Steel delivers an extensive range of products, including rebars, steel doors and windows, roofing sheets, plumbing pipes, pre-engineered structures like prefabricated houses, water kiosks, modular toilets, office cabins, and even EV charging stations. It also supplies corrosion-resistant steels, cut and bend bars, and ground granulated blast furnace slags, serving individual builders, corporate and government bodies, infrastructure companies, and housing and commercial developers. Furthermore, its broad portfolio for industrial and general engineering markets encompasses various forms of steel (cold-rolled, coated, hot-rolled, tubes, wire rods), ferro alloys, boiler tubes, pipes, and by-products such as ferroshot, blast furnace slag, and coal tar. These materials are vital for manufacturing applications in panels and appliances, fabrication and capital goods, furniture, LPG cylinders, solar energy systems, heavy vehicles, consumer and industrial packaging, welding, and critical process industries like cement, power, and steel. Established in 1907, Tata Steel maintains its corporate headquarters in Mumbai, India.
