Description

Paz Retail And Energy Ltd., along with its affiliates, operates extensively in the energy sector, both domestically in Israel and internationally. Its core activities involve the refining, production, storage, importation, marketing, and sale of petroleum and a broad spectrum of other related products. The company manages a network of refueling stations for the transportation, distribution, and sale of fuels, complementing this with food and convenience offerings through its Yellow market stores. Additionally, Paz leases retail spaces and provides essential engineering, maintenance, and logistic services. The company engages in direct marketing and trading of fuel products, serving a diverse clientele including private individuals, commercial enterprises, industrial entities, institutions, vehicle fleets, and the Palestinian Authority. Beyond conventional fuels, Paz distributes and sells Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) for cooking, heating, and vehicle propulsion. It also manufactures, markets, and exports sealing and insulation materials for the construction industry, alongside producing and marketing items for transportation infrastructure. New product development is a continuous focus. Paz's operations extend to the distribution of aviation fuels and the provision of associated refueling services. Its comprehensive product portfolio further encompasses the production, import, marketing, and export of various oils for both transportation and industrial applications, automotive auxiliary products, fuel additives, and urea for vehicles. It supplies oils and lubricants for industrial use, raw materials for the detergent and cosmetics sectors, and process products for the metal industry. Furthermore, the company offers industrial cleaning agents, dust suppressants, various chemicals, solvents, and combustion fluids. In its broader energy initiatives, Paz generates and sells solar (photovoltaic) electricity, imports crude oil, and provides procurement services. Established in 1922, the company is headquartered in Yakum, Israel. It was formerly known as Paz Oil Company Ltd. before officially changing its name to Paz Retail And Energy Ltd. in October 2024.
