NextCure, Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical firm dedicated to discovering and advancing innovative immunotherapies. Its core mission is to combat cancer and various other immune-related conditions by reactivating normal immune system function. The company's leading investigational compound, NC318, is currently in Phase II clinical trials, focusing on the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors.
