Furthermore, the firm offers strategic advisory for corporate mergers, acquisitions, and takeovers, guiding clients through partner identification. Nexome assists in syndicating loans from a diverse array of financial entities, including banks and institutions, and arranges financing for both development projects and construction. The company is also involved in promoting initial public offerings (IPOs) and mutual funds, and orchestrating the placement of both shares and debt. Beyond its financial services, Nexome maintains an active presence in the real estate sector. Its varied clientele comprises private equity funds, foreign institutional investors, domestic financial institutions, and high net worth individuals. The company, previously known as SMIFS Capital Markets Limited, officially rebranded to Nexome Capital Markets Limited in April 2025.
