Description
MedinCell S.A. specializes in pioneering diverse therapeutic treatments. At the core of its development lies BEPO, a cutting-edge technology that enables the creation of long-acting injectable pharmaceutical products. This system leverages a unique combination of proprietary copolymers and a biocompatible solvent to effectively dissolve or suspend active drug compounds. The company's advanced pipeline includes several key products: mdc-IRM, a subcutaneous injection currently in Phase III clinical trials for the treatment of schizophrenia; mdc-CWM, an intra-articular injection designed to address pain and inflammation; and mdc-TJK, another subcutaneous injection targeting schizophrenia, presently in preclinical development. MedinCell is also actively engaged in formulation research for additional product candidates. These encompass subcutaneous injections such as mdc-WWM for contraception, mdc-ANG for central nervous system-related conditions, mdc-ELK for depression, and mdc-GRT for organ transplant applications. Furthermore, the firm is investigating perineural injections like mdc-CMV for anesthesia and pain management, and mdc-NVA, also intended for pain relief. MedinCell S.A. maintains its headquarters in Jacou, France.
