Description
Headquartered in Paris, France, and founded in 1997, Valerio Therapeutics S.A. (known as Onxeo SA until June 2023) is a clinical-stage biotechnology company dedicated to the global research and development of oncology treatments. Their focus is on targeting the DNA repair processes crucial for tumor survival. The company's offerings include Beleodaq, an approved medication for peripheral T-cell lymphoma. Their development pipeline features AsiDNA, which is progressing through Phase 1 clinical trials for metastatic melanoma and is also being evaluated for relapsed ovarian cancer through a research collaboration with Gustave Roussy. Furthermore, Valerio Therapeutics is advancing OX401, a preclinical program targeting DNA damage response and immuno-oncology, along with its proprietary platON decoy oligonucleotide platform. The firm also holds a licensing agreement with Acrotech Biopharma LLC.
