Description
Valbiotis SA is a French company, established in 2014 and headquartered in Périgny, that specializes in the research and development of nutritional health products. Its primary focus is on preventing and managing metabolic and cardiovascular diseases. The company's pipeline includes several key candidates: TOTUM-63, currently in Phase II/III clinical trials for the treatment of type 2 diabetes; TOTUM-070, undergoing Phase II trials to address hypercholesterolemia; and TOTUM-854, which is in Phase II/III clinical development for arterial hypertension. Additionally, Valbiotis is developing TOTUM-448 to treat non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. The company maintains a strategic partnership with Nestlé Health Science.
